Don Weobong, founder and president of Telania, LLC Don Weobong studied in his native Ghana at the Institute of Professional Studies, and then in Ghana and in the United Kingdom at the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). It was during this time period that Mr. Weobong had opportunity to also study in France, where he began to develop his ideas in international business. He immigrated to the United States to pursue undergraduate studies at Spalding University in Louisville, Ken., and then attended graduate school at Bellarmine University, also in Louisville, where he graduated with an MBA. Mr. Weobong, 40, is active in the Louisville community and with national professional trade organizations. He also remains very connected to Ghana, where he and his family help to support St. Benedict’s School.
Marsha Weobong, chief financial officer Marsha Weobong, a graduate of Western Kentucky University, is chief financial officer. Ms. Weobong has extensive experience in corporate accounting and finance at both for-profit and non-profit organizations including Arthur Anderson, Hospice, Kindred Health and Walgreens.

Tyler Mercer, Telania’s Marketing and Research Assistant, is a senior double major at the University of Louisville concentrating in Spanish and Latin American and Latino Studies. Tyler has a background in online and print publishing having been the Senior Intern for Louisville.com and the Opinion Editor for U of L’s student publication the Louisville Cardinal Newspaper. He intends to build his education through linguistic and culture studies in Latin America, ultimately seeking a career in education and research.
Rachaelan Rose, our Enterprise Sales Specialist, studied at the University of Louisville concentrating on Psychology and Communication. She has experience in customer service in multiple facets of business management that has been based on starting from the bottom, earning a good reputation and earning promotions to higher positions. She intends on furthering her studies in business management to better develop her leadership abilities and technical knowledge.
